Einwilligungserklärung - Release agreement* Ich bestätige die Richtigkeit der Angaben sowie die Anerkennung der Teilnahmebedingungen. Zusätzlich wird die Erlaubnis erteilt, dass Foto- und Videoaufnahmen von dem jeweiligen Teilnehmer erstellt werden dürfen, und dass das Foto- und Videomaterial unentgeltlich sowie ausschließlich für Zwecke der Förderung des IDF "Stage for Dance Art" verwendet werden darf, wobei erstellte Foto- und Videoaufnahmen erworben werden können. Hierfür werden seitens des Teilnehmers keine Ansprüche aus Film- und Fotorechten erhoben. / I confirm the accuracy of the information as well as the acceptance of the conditions of participation.In addition, permission is given for photo and video recordings of the respective participant to be made and that the photographic and video material may be used free of charge and solely for the purpose of promoting the IDF "Stage for Dance Art", wherein the photographic and video material can be purchased. For this purpose, no claims are raised by the participant from film and photo rights.

DE: Bitte füllen Sie das Anmeldeformular aus. Sie erhalten eine E-Mail, in der wir Sie informieren werden, ob noch Plätze zu Verfugung stehen. Wenn ja, überweisen Sie bitte die Anmeldegebühr innerhalb von 2 Wochen nach Erhalt der Bestätigung. Erst nach der Erhalt der Gebühr haben Sie einen Platz bei dem IDF "Stage for Dance Art" garantiert. Bitte haben Sie verständniss, dass die Plätze IDF "Stage for dance Art" begrenzt sind und nach dem Erreichen einer bestimmten Zahl eine Zusage nicht mehr möglich ist. Pro Tanzorganisation (Tanzschule, Verein, Studio usw.) können maximal 5 Tänze angemeldet werden. Seien Sie deswegen aktiv und melden Sie sich gleich an um Ihr Talent / das Talent ihrer Schüler auf der Bühne zu presäntieren. Mit der Anmeldung und nach der Bestätigung unser Seits verpflichten Sie sich, dass der Teilnehmer/in oder Gruppe und deren Leitung für das ganze geplante Programm des Festivals anwesend sein.

Senden Sie bitte danach den dazugehörigen Musiktitel einzeln an info@stagefordanceart.com mit Betreff: Musik Upload. Geben Sie bitte in der E-Mail den Titel der Musik, Titel des Tanzes wie auch die Namen der Teilnehmer.

Die Daten für die Bankverbindung zur Überweisung der Anmeldegebühr entnehmen Sie bitte den Teilnahmebedingungen.

EN: Please fill out the registration form. You will receive an email informing you whether places are still available. If so, please transfer the registration fee within two weeks of receiving confirmation. A place at the IDF "Stage for Dance Art" is only guaranteed after we receive the fee. Please understand that places at the IDF "Stage for Dance Art" are limited, and confirmation is no longer possible after a certain number has been reached. A maximum of five dances can be registered per dance organization (dance school, club, studio, etc.). Therefore, be active and register now to showcase your talent or the talent of your students on stage. By registering and after our confirmation, you agree that the participant or group and their management will be present for the entire planned festival program.

Please then send the music track individually to info@stagefordanceart.com with the subject line "Music Upload." Please include the title of the music, the title of the dance, and the names of the participants in the email.

Please refer to the terms and conditions for bank details for transferring the registration fee.

DE: Bitte füllen Sie das Formular elektronisch aus, so dass wir die Daten korrekt übernehmen können. Zusätzlich brauchen wir die unterschriebene Einverständniserklärung von jedem Teilnehmer, für Teilnehmer/innen unter 18 Jahre, von deren Eltern.
